Information from your AJH Counselors

Schedules The Counseling Department is working hard to level out class sizes to ensure the best possible learning environment for all students. For this reason, your child’s schedule may have changed since Viking Venture. It is important that all students check the Home Access Center (HAC) tonight to locate your first period teacher. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time. Students will receive their ID and a hard copy of their schedule during first period tomorrow. Schedule Changes Schedule changes will only be made in the event a student has a missing class period or for a level change. Students will be given their school ID during first period on Wednesday. Students without an ID will take their picture the first few days of school during their lunch.

  • Students may not have food delivered from outside entities during the day such as Dominoes, Uber Eats, door Dash, etc

  • Parents can only deliver food and items for their child. Food trays and large amounts of food will not be accepted.

In an effort to avoid unnecessary classroom disruptions, messages, materials and acknowledgements (such as balloons and flowers) will not be delivered to students while they are at school.
